    • To build theroof structure,you have to collect 4″ (10 cm) strollers.
    • Roof Materialis Zinc roof panels.
    • 8 Windows will be needed, including 7 larger windows and a small window for the bathroom.

    The cost of a 1.20 MX 1.00 m French Window in Panama is approximately $55 USD. Then, the cost of that plus the other windows is $385 USD plus a window in the bathroom – approximately $30 USD. Hence, all windows total $415.

    • 2 entry doors will be required (cost approx. $160 x 2 = $320 USD).
    • 3 pieces of interior doors are needed (cost approx. 3 x $40 = $120 USD).

    You can build your 26’x23′ house for less than $6,000. However, along with these costs, you will have to incur the expenses for the floor, ceilings, block walls, finishing work, and kitchen furniture. It still sounds like an affordable option for building your own house. The house could fit within your budget, depending on your supply source. If you choose the materials wisely, you could live in a comfortable house that only costs you a bucket from the ocean.

Muchas personas sueñan con tener una casa propia. No es necesaria una casa grande, sino una casa digna para toda su familia. Si esto te suena familiar, esta casa podría ser una opción para ti. La casa no es muy grande porque cuenta con 56 metros cuadrados, pero no todos necesitamos mansiones para estar feliz.

La casa consiste en 1 sala, 2 dormitorios, cocina y comedor y baño. Está diseñada para usar materiales muy económicos, por esta razon es muy acesible. El área de lavandería está afuera, por lo que no tendrá un espacio valioso dentro de la casa.

Para hacer esta casa necesitarás los siguientes

Ventanas: 7 ventanas grandes y una ventanita para el baño.

Costo de una ventana francesa de 1.20 m x 1.00 m en Panama es approx. 55 USD. Entonces el costo de todas ventanas para esa casa te sale en 385 USD mas ventanita de baño approx. 30 USD. Total las ventanas S415.
