Completed
Bastimentos island
A house Arthur designed and built on Bastimentos island, Panama. An owner-builder project, shaped by its island setting.
The project journal
Every house has a story.
A completed island home, a current build and a future project. Each is at a different stage.
In progress
El Espino
A current build. Follow the project as its design and construction story is documented.
Planned
Los Planes
A second house is planned for a 1,500 m² finca. The land area is not the proposed house size.
The Los Planes finca sits on a hillside in Gualaca, Chiriquí, Panama. Covering 1,500 m², the land has a beautiful west-facing view, with the surrounding highland landscape setting the scene for the project.
Beyond residential work
Arthur also designed and built Santiago Mall in Santiago, Panama. A fuller project account will follow as the project material is assembled.
